Enza Zaden has announced a new strategic investment in IUNU to deepen and build upon the already existing collaboration between the two companies.

IUNU’s LUNA platform combines AI and computer vision to help greenhouse growers gain real-time insight into their crops. By turning objective crop measurements into operational insight, the technology supports growers in making better-informed decisions in daily practice. As greenhouse vegetable production becomes more complex, helping growers consistently realize the full potential of each variety is becoming increasingly important.

Enza Zaden’s investment reflects a shared agreement between the companies in the potential of connecting genetics and crop intelligence more closely to help growers better understand and manage crop performance.

As part of this minority investment, IUNU remains an independent platform serving growers across the industry, whereby Enza Zaden and the growers remain fully in control over their own data. The investment in IUNU is complementary to Enza Zaden’s earlier investment in and existing cooperation with Source.ag. Both companies continue to contribute to advancing data-driven horticulture, each from their own strengths and perspectives.
